Pay at Close

What is Pay at Close?

With our Pay at Close feature, clients can opt to defer their inspection payment until the closing of the home.

What are the benefits?

  1. It is one less out-of-pocket expense that you have to pay upfront or be stressed about, allowing you to stay focused on the excitement of your new home.
  2. It makes it convenient to schedule a thorough inspection as it makes it easier for you to add ancillary services at any time through the client portal without having to make separate payments.

  3. It flexes with the needs such as re-inspections that might arise with repair negotiations since the final bill will be paid at closing.
